In relation to the indicator, please note that the Department of Public Administration, Supervision and Control of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic is currently able to report data on percentage participation in referenda. However, the municipalities communicate this information to this department beyond the scope of the obligation according to section 47 of the Act on Local Referendum, and therefore it is possible that in the future this data will be reported only in relation to those municipalities that inform the ODK of this fact. |
