The data for 2021 and 2022 are cleaned of communication with authorities that was typical for those two years and that people did not need to do in other years. Specifically, the 2021 data does not include the completion of the census form, the 2022 data does not include the completion of the arrival form from abroad or the download of the confirmations related to COVID19. Excluding these specific phenomena enables a better understanding of how communication with public administration develops over time.
The questionnaire containing the questions on how people use the internet in relation with public authorities has been changed in 2022, therefore since 2022 the indicator Internet use in relation to authorities (total) has been calculated from different subindicators. |
