Definition |
Percentage of persons at risk of poverty out of the total number of persons in the population or in the relevant population group before and after the effect of social transfers. Persons at risk of poverty are those whose annual balanced disposable income (before and after the inclusion of all social transfers) is less than 60% of the annual national income. |
