20.2.1 Frequency of use of quality management in self-governing authorities

| Definition | Number of territorial self-governing authorities newly using quality management. Number of ÚSC quality management projects - this is the number of municipalities that implemented and completed the quality management project in a given year (or participated in the completed DSO project) and for which it can be guaranteed that they fulfilled the indicator of the institution supported for the purpose of quality management. Number of approved projects that include quality management activity - this is the number of projects approved by the Selection Committee. These projects may be terminated prematurely during the implementation, the quality activity may be removed during the project implementation by changing the project (however, this happens to a lesser extent). |

| Comment | Interest in quality management is also significantly affected by the election cycle. The maximum duration of the project in the OPZ calls for ÚSC is 24 months.
