Comment |
Administrative data contain (with certain limits) data on the number of persons or households affected by sub-aspects of social problems, e.g. indebtedness (register of foreclosures), extreme poverty (recipients of material hardship benefits), long-term unemployment, etc. Administrative data on low social mobility (or social mobility in general), low education and low economic intensity is missing or has not yet been connected. The data Map of socially excluded localities in the Czech Republic was created by a combination of expert estimation based on field research and partial administrative data, which were not connected at the individual level. Due to the nature of administrative data, the number of recipients of the subsistence allowance as a benefit in material need comes closest to the comprehensive concept of social exclusion. |
