Participatory budgeting is a tool for active involvement
citizens to the development of the municipality, which can be separated from the use other participatory methods and tools used so far municipalities. Participatory budgeting is based on
allocation of a certain part of the general budget, which is distributed between the projects they propose and on which they subsequently decide residents of the given municipality. |
